ABOUT THE POSITION

Bilfinger Maintenance & Projects is one of five business areas within Bilfinger Sweden AB. We specialize in maintenance and projects of industrial facilities and currently have over 300 employees, from Helsingborg in the south to Gävle in the north. Our headquarters is located in Stenungsund.

As an Automation Technician/Electrician, you will be part of our Electrical and Instrumentation team of 20 people. You will work with installation and troubleshooting in a varied outdoor environment, primarily within the process industry. Our team is characterized by collaboration and a forward-thinking spirit where you will have significant responsibility. You will be based in Stenungsund but will work throughout Sweden, which means that travel and overtime may occur in the position.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

• Installations and projects within Electrical and Automation, such as power supply or instrumentation assembly.
• Possible maintenance work within Electrical and Automation
• Planning, execution, and reporting of work
• Possible commissioning and checkout

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has 2–5 years of experience as an Electrician or Automation Technician
• Experience in troubleshooting
• Experience in installation work
• High school education in electrical engineering or equivalent
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Driving license B
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience as a lead installer
• Experience with change orders and financial aspects of project execution
• Experience from petrochemicals, water treatment plants, sewage treatment plants, or district heating
